Using this site
By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the details you give us are correct. Prices are in South African Rand.
Orders and stock
An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract once we accept payment and confirm the order by email. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we refund you in full or hold the order until the next delivery from our supplier, whichever you prefer.
Pricing errors
If a price is loaded incorrectly we will contact you before processing and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel.
Product claims
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Texus Brands sources its products from independent manufacturing partners and does not manufacture them itself. Nothing on this site is medical advice and no product is intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Speak to a doctor or dermatologist about persistent skin problems.
Intellectual property
The Texus Brands name, logo, product names, photographs and written content on this site belong to Texus Brands and may not be copied without written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you bought. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by South African law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
