Where we deliver
We courier to every province in South Africa. Orders are packed at our distribution base in Gauteng and handed to the courier on the next working day after payment reflects.
What it costs
Affordable courier rates for main centres and outlying areas, from R95. Orders over R750 ship free. Collection from our distribution base is free and available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 by arrangement.
How long it takes
Main centres take two to three working days. Outlying towns and farm addresses take three to five working days. We send you a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is collected.
If nobody is home
The courier will attempt delivery twice. After the second attempt the parcel is held at the nearest depot for five days. Add a delivery note at checkout if you want the parcel left with a neighbour or at a gate.
Damaged parcels
Check the box in front of the driver where you can. If a bottle arrives broken, photograph it and email us within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
