What we collect
Your name, email address, contact number, delivery address and order history. If you pay by card we never see or store your card details, PayFast handles that entirely.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to send order updates and invoices, to answer your questions and, only if you opt in, to send you occasional product news.
Who we share it with
Our courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our payment gateway receives what it needs to process payment. Nobody else receives your information and we never sell data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years to satisfy tax law. Newsletter details are removed the day you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We answer within seven working days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login session working, and basic analytics to see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working.
