People often ask who makes the oil. Texus Brands conceives and sources its range, and production is handled by trusted manufacturing partners that operate in ISO-compliant facilities. Our job is to specify the formulation and to control quality at every hand-over.
Raw ingredients
Every batch of marula, rosehip, argan, jojoba, almond and evening primrose oil is supplied with a certificate of analysis. Batch numbers and pressing dates are recorded before production is approved.
Production
Oils are weighed rather than measured by volume, so every bottle is consistent, and blending happens at controlled room temperature so delicate cold pressed oils are not damaged by heat.
Filling and sealing
Bottles are filled to 50ml, fitted with the glass dropper, sealed and labelled in the same quality-controlled facility. Each label carries the batch code and the best before date.
Our checks
We inspect samples from every delivery for colour, clarity, scent and fill level, and retained samples are held against the batch record so any query can be traced back to the production run.
Distribution
Approved stock is stored, wrapped, boxed and couriered from our base in Gauteng, South Africa, usually on the next working day.
